Vineeta Singh is an Indian Entrepreneur, CEO, and Co-founder of SUGAR Cosmetics. She has been a shark [ i.e judge/investor] on the business reality TV show Shark Tank India. Since the show started airing on Sony Liv 2021.

Vineeta has been a beacon of inspiration, especially for aspiring entrepreneurs. However, her success took a lot of work as she faced many problems before starting her entrepreneurial journey.

Despite receiving a lucrative offer from an investment bank. Vineeta's entrepreneurial spirit yearned for greater challenges. Her initial venture, Quetzal, focusing on background checks, failed to take off. She co-founded Fab-bag beauty subscription service, which was a moderate success but did not align with her true calling. These initial setbacks, however, served as valuable lessons that made her strong.

In 2015, armed with experience and a definitive vision. Vineeta alongside with her husband Kaushik launched SUGAR Cosmetics. Recognizing a gap in the Indian beauty market for products catering to diverse skin tones and preferences, SUGAR offered vibrant, high-quality cosmetics at an affordable price. Beyond offering vibrant lip colors and bold kajals, SUGAR'S success reflects vineeta's commitment and dedication to her company and focuses on women's empowerment.
